The son of a ski racing mother and grandfather, Juergen started skiing in the Austrian Alps at age two. Since then, he has skied across the Alps, Rockies, and Himalayas. His entrepreneurial spirit, background in finance in the US and Germany, and lifelong passion for skiing made starting MEISTER a clear choice. As a parent of ski racing children, Juergen knows that progress and safety depend on proper equipment. Creating a DIY tuning system that makes the process easy, safe, and precise is his way of serving the ski racing community he loves. ANDREW LEUCIUC
REPRESENTATIVE / WEST
Currently studying economics at Indiana University, Andrew hails from a family of competitive and professional skiers. His own passion for the sport began as a child in the Austrian Alps. His Romanian parentage led to many trips abroad, and he has hiked extensively through Eastern Europe and continues to ski through Central Europe whenever he can. He joined MEISTER as a market researcher, and in 2024 traveled through Switzerland, Austria, and Germany to gather critical information that would enhance Meister products for the ski racing community. Andrew’s two passions, ski racing and Formula One racing, speak to his commitment to precision and his love of speed.

MEISTER is proud to partner with Austria Racing Camps (ARC), founded in 1975 by Hugo Nindl, one of the most successful ski racing competitors Austria has produced. ARC’s alpine coaches and certified ski instructors offer ski and race training programs on the highest level, using an established Austrian curriculum. They train athletes from around the world in the categories Children, Junior, FIS, and Master. International athletes trained at ARC, such as the Austrian National Ski Team, demonstrate their skills and drive at the World Cup year after year.
